photoshop - save for web

photoshop keeps on putting in a hyphen (-) in all the spaces of my filenames when i 'save for web'

how do i stop it????

It makes sense in some way though, as you can't really use spaces on the web.

i'm using ps7.

it's really annoying me having to save all my files and then edit the names later in explorer. i'm doing lots of photo editing....

I use ps7, and I don't have any problems at all with it.

lol..had initially misread jim's question....

in this case, doubt u can do anything about it jim...
if u really must use several words for ur filenames...instead of using spaces for ur filenames, why dont u just use the old technique of capitalizing the first letter of each word? FileName.gif....

In the "Save Optimized As" dialog there is a combobox with settings. Chose other and uncheck the Unix filename compability in the dialog that appeares.
