hi henke,
honestly....design wise...it needs major improvements....
the white horizontal bar going across the page and the light blue are not a good combination..
also, the white bar for bg and for the content area looks weird...
try designing some new style for the navigational links...
should use css colors for your scrollbar, making the scrollbar part of the site design...dont just use the default gray...
overall, i think you can do better than this my friend

yeah, i agree with you too, but the client didn't want any flashy site, just as simple as possible. And I just designed so that he would be pleased
